I had a bit of type-arrhea.<BR/><BR/>On the loft - I was fairly aware of the flaws upon moving in, including the fact that it is an ikea showroom, but still wanted to live there... so you make your bed, you sleep in it. When I checked them out (1st in line for showings) I was immediately turned off by the slicked hair owner that wanted a tour before anyone else. From what I gather the property is owned by mr. slick and managed by 'the horror' aka: 'the roof collapsed' alerus.<BR/><BR/>Anyways, back to the give-aways. Didn't the low-grade aluminum fixtures strike any chords? Or the faucet being of the utmost lowest quality. If you pay for airspace in a condo layout, you're going to pay to heat that airspace. Bummer.<BR/><BR/>The "green" of those apartments were just as faux as your blankets, see, the rent they expected people to pay was spot-on, but they decided to pocket the money instead of investing in real materials. It's another incident of the big taking advantage of the small. This would have worked much better as a housing cooperative... where an initiative for better housing would have yielded a few more attentions to functional detail, peer review, and inspections of both the official, and unofficial-semiregesque types.Semireghttp://www.blogger.com/profile/13298061334791990388noreply@blogger.com
